Durian Pagar Raja is a hybrid durian variety that was first cultivated in Kelantan, Malaysia in the 1980s. Also often known as the cousin of Raja Kunyit Durians of Tanah Merah Kelantan.
It is a cross between the Musang King and D24 durian varieties. The flesh is creamy yellow following MSW and has a sweet, nutty flavor. Pagar Raja is considered to be one of the best durian varieties in Malaysia.
